Central Disciplinary Committee "Central Disciplinary Committee" means the Central Disciplinary Committee of the Authority established under the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (Disciplinary Committee) Regulations 1997 [PU(A) 519/97] consisting of the members as specified in the Regulations and have the power to impose the punishment as specified in the Regulations;
